REMINDER
Bloom does not accept and/or bill insurance, allowing our practitioners to remain transparent, provide personalized care, and and focus entirely on your family’s wellness. Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, Venmo, cash or check. Bloom’s practitioners will always review costs with you before services are provided, and we are happy to provide receipts you may use for reimbursement (Bloom is not involved in the submission or insurance reimbursement process.) Pricing and an approximate total will be provided to the patient/parent before the requested services begin. Add-ons may increase the total due upon completion.
